Summer Art Classes for Children at Munson Gallery in Chatham

Mondays at Munson, a gallery-based art program for children, fosters the development of creative and critical thinking skills needed across all subject areas. Fun and engaging exercises align with state art curriculum standards. Best of all, is the opportunity to share your enthusiasm for art in an inspiring gallery setting!

This summer, two drawing classes are offered by artist and museum educator Tricia Cook.

Look, See, Draw, ages 5 to 8, 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Scribble, Sketch, Render, ages 9 to 12, 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.

About the instructor:

Tricia Cook has a versatile background in the arts as an artist, instructor and museum educator at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. She recently earned a master’s degree in museum studies at Harvard.
